New Customers: Please contact us to discuss your project before shipping your products. We will create a proposal for you within 2 business days.

Existing Customers: No need to contact us before sending anything unless you have special requests.

We will send you an invoice with our banking details for payment. We require a 50% deposit (or full payment should you wish) before commencing the shoot.

As soon as your products are received your order will be put in queue and you will be notified of your estimated shooting date. Shooting usually commences 2-3 days from receipt of products and payment of 50% deposit.

We will shoot your photos to your specifications based on the examples, drawings or descriptions you provide.

After you've approved all your images we begin any further editing and adjustments. All retouching, airbrushing etc. will be done in this stage. At this stage you can request additional retouching (additional editing charges may apply) or approve the final images.

We will send you an invoice with our banking details for payment. Photos will not be released until the balance of payment is made in full.

The final step is returning your products. We will carefully package everything again and notify you when it's ready. Please do not arrange for collection until you have received notification. Otherwise we ship your box back using an independent courier if this is the option you selected.

You will be contacted the day before the shoot to go over the project. This will allow both of us to ask/answer any questions that may require clarification before we begin.

Remember, you will be required to make a 50% deposit before full shooting commences.

At the end of your shoot we will begin mandatory minor editing and saving of images. We then upload the images to our proof page. You will be notified via e-mail with your personal proof link. When you access the page you'll be able to view all the photos from the shoot. If you are happy with the images, you click on 'approve' or send us an approval email with your comments.

After your images have been edited they will be uploaded to the proof page again for review. 

We typically e-mail you a private link where you can download all relevant files.
